Brian Settles is the Chief Strategy Officer, Secretary & General Counsel of Iron Senergy. Prior to joining Iron Senergy, Mr. Settles served as Chief Administrative Officer, Secretary & General Counsel of Wolverine Fuels, LLC, a thermal coal producer based in Sandy, Utah, for over eight (8) years. Mr. Settles previously practiced law with Fultz Maddox Hovious & Dickens, PLC, Greenebaum Doll & McDonald PLLC and Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, real estate law and natural resources law. Mr. Settles holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Miami University and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
