Justin F. Thompson is the founder, sole owner and Chief Executive Officer of Iron Senergy with over 16 years of experience in the mining and minerals industry. His career spans a broad range of commodities, having spent the majority of his time in leadership roles within the coal industry. Throughout his career, Mr. Thompson has served in engineering, marketing and business development roles with regulated utilities, thermal coal producers and metallurgical coal producers. Mr. Thompson is a veteran of the United States Air Force and holds a bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
