Tim Runyan is the Chief Operating Officer of Iron Senergy since December 2020. His career spans nineteen (19) years in the mining industry in both engineering and operations management for underground and surface operations. Prior to joining Iron Senergy, Mr. Runyan held various positions working for Arch Coal, ArcelorMittal, and Peabody, with most of his time spent managing large scale longwall operations. Mr. Runyan holds a bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from West Virginia University and a Master of Business Administration degree from University of Charleston.
